If you need the product(s) faster than the allocated lead times, please let us know. We will do what we can to accommodate your requests.
Unless specified - shipping costs are not included in the purchase price shown. We are happy to work with you to offer different shipping methods and pricing. Please contact us prior to purchase with your shipping/delivery needs so that we can send you a quote for approval. The approved shipping costs will be added to your final invoice.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom items or final sale items.
Please contact us if a return is required within 30 days of sale. If deemed appropriate and a return is agreed upon, the refund will only be processed using your original method of payment. We will email you and confirm that we have processed your return. We will process your refund within seven business days after receiving the returned item(s) and deeming them in the same condition as when they were sold.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are client’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom items or final sale items.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged beyond repair. If we can repair the item(s) we will replace or repair the portion of the item(s) that is defective or damaged.
Please keep in mind that the original pre-loved pieces we sell will have documentation of all scratches and blemishes so there are no surprises.
Typically, our pre-loved items are single/one off, it is very likely that we will not be able to offer a direct exchange. A full or part refund may be offered instead.
